Having handled the sale of many of the Island’s stock of open market homes and having known many of them through successive owners he holds the most encyclopaedic records that can provide an invaluable insight into past and present market trends.

Ross is a member and frequent player at the Royal Guernsey Golf Club and Kings Club the islands private sporting hub. He is a passionate advocate of the Island and is a born and bred Guernseyman.

Karen’s bubbly personality makes viewing properties a welcoming experience. Karen originally work for a UK based IT company before finding her true vocation. Another passionate local, Karen is keen to introduce new applicants to island life, Karen is the driving force behind many a corporate and social gathering for clients and vendors alike. Karen was educated and has lived locally most of her life. Karen is president and one of the founders of o Ladies Charitable Group raising funds for local causes particularly involving Alzheimer’s.

LYNA GUILBERT

Lyna successfully completed the Residential Estate Agency course recognised by the National Estate Agents Federation and is responsible for the overall supervision and smooth running of the residential lettings and management.

Her extensive knowledge and contacts of local contractors/tradesman provides Lyna with a healthy range of options for those essential maintenance tasks.
